I was born in Los Angeles, but I was raised in New Mexico. And up until I graduated from High School I thought I was
going to be an engineer. I skipped 8th grade, took all the math and science I could - I was on my way. But the acting
virus had infected me, so I said good-bye to a life of stability and relative prosperity and studied acting in college.
I graduated with a BFA (technically, it's a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Acting, but who's
counting?) As soon as I graduated I moved to New York with $900 and a duffel bag. I didn't know anybody, have a job,
or a place to stay. But still I came.
I will write more on my previous work soon, but here's what's going on now:
For the last three years I have been studying with Seth Barrish and Lee Brock at the Barrow Group in Manhattan. In that
time I've been concentrating on commercial work and have booked many commercials, industrial videos, and print jobs.
(Lists available on request).
I have written directed a short film,
Something Amazing, and last summer I directed
Felons and Family
by Gerry Sheridan, which played in the Samuel French Short Play Festival and in the Midtown International Theatre
Festival.
